The objective of the Fund is to provide long-term total returns, consisting of both income and capital gains, by investing in a portfolio of global securities. The Manager will seek to achieve this objective by pursing a value approach and investing in a focused portfolio of 20-30 securities.
Units are available to all investors who meet the minimum investment criteria and invest a minimum of $100,000 USD. The Management Fee is 1.25%
